Common questions

Answers before you pick up the phone

What does it cost to work with Legacy Life Group?

Nothing. Our services are free to you. We are paid by the insurance carriers when you enroll, and that never changes your premium.

Are you tied to one insurance company?

No. We are an independent agency appointed with multiple A-rated carriers, so we compare options and recommend what fits you, not what fits a quota.

Which states do you serve?

We serve clients in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

When can I change my Medicare plan?

Most people can make changes during the Annual Enrollment Period, October 15 through December 7. Other windows may apply if you are new to Medicare, moving, or losing coverage. We can tell you in one phone call.
